Mandy Jordan is passionate advocator for community development and empowerment in regional communities. With over two decades of experience, Mandy has dedicated her career to fostering positive change and sustainable growth in regional areas.
Living and working in regional South Australia for the majority of her life, Mandy has developed a deep appreciation for the unique challenges and opportunities facing rural communities. This early exposure ignited her passion for making a difference and drive impactful solutions.
Mandy has embarked on her professional journey with determination and purpose. She consistently demonstrates her ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and mobilize resources effectively.
Throughout her career, Mandy has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at empowering individuals and organizations in regional settings. From establishing regional training operations and implementing innovative training programs to providing strategic consulting services, she has consistently delivered results that have positive impacts on individuals and communities alike.
Mandy’s leadership style is characterized by a blend of compassion, creativity, and tenacity. She believes in the power of collaboration and strives to build strong partnerships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds..
Beyond her professional life, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family, renovating and revegetating their small property in the Flinders Ranges and caring for its food producing gardens.

Ray is an experienced Trainer and Assessor registered with both SafeWork SA (SRA 763113) and Elevated Work Platform Association (EWPA).
Ray is extremely passionate about ensuring regional communities have access to quality Training and Assessment. Living and working in regional South Australia Ray has honed his expertise in various aspects of heavy industry operations, including construction and mining.
Throughout his career, Raymond has held roles in both training and operational capacities, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry’s intricacies. His hands-on experience on the field, coupled with his passion for teaching and mentoring, has made him an invaluable asset in workforce development and skills enhancement.
One of Ray’s notable strengths is his regional experience. Having worked in diverse geographical locations, including remote rural areas, he understands the unique challenges and opportunities present in different regions. This regional insight allows him to tailor training programs to suit the specific needs and contexts of local industries and communities.

When he is not travelling the country side upskilling regional residents Ray enjoys exploring our fabulous country and bringing to life the multitude of crazy landscaping projects that Mandy dreams up on their property in the Flinders Ranges. Most involve heaving lifting and earthmoving machinery.
